Place a visible signature in your PDF
Review its position and what the signature represents.
A visual signature adds a representation of your signature to the document. It is not, by itself, a certificate-verified digital signature.
Before you start
Check what kind of signature the recipient needs before preparing the deliverable.
Find the signature area
Open Sign PDF and select the file. Go to the page where the signature should appear.
Prepare your signature
Use the available controls to create and position the signature. Review its size and avoid covering important text.
Review the final document
Save the copy, download it and check the signature when reopening it. Keep the original PDF.
If something does not go as expected
If a certificate-based digital signature is required, a drawn or typed signature does not replace that requirement.
The signature is visible, positioned correctly and matches the requested format.
