What to do when finished and how to check a download.
When a task finishes, the download appears in the main action area. Save the file on your device and open it to check it.
Before you start
Keep the page open while your document is processing.
Wait for the result
Review the tool’s messages. If it is processing, wait for the download before closing the tab.
Save a copy
Click Download and check the downloads folder or the location your browser lets you choose. On mobile, also check Files.
Open and verify
Check that the file opens, contains every necessary page and has the expected format. Save the original separately.
If something does not go as expected
Result recovery on the server is temporary: up to three minutes after the task finishes. Downloading or reloading does not extend that period. If it is no longer available, select the original and run the task again.
You have a saved, checked copy on your device.
