Bring your PDF tables into Excel
Extract the data and check rows, numbers and totals.
A spreadsheet lets you sort and analyze table data. After converting, check the structure and values before adding formulas.
Before you start
Identify the headers and the pages containing the table. If it is a scan, check its clarity.

Select the report
Open PDF to Excel and select your PDF. Locate the table in the preview and review the options shown.
Convert the table
Run the conversion and download the result when available. Open it in your spreadsheet application.
Validate before calculating
Compare the first, a middle and the last row with the PDF. Review decimal separators, dates, negative values and repeated headers.
