Open Plans and review the listed Free and Pro benefits. A plan does not replace each tool’s availability checks.
Review before continuing
Check the amount, billing interval and notices in the subscription panel. If it says Test mode, the flow is a test, not a real charge.
Manage from your account
If you have a subscription available to manage, use the access provided by Folio. Review confirmation of any change and check your plan again.
If something does not go as expected
If your plan differs from what you expect, first check the account used. Contact support without sending full card numbers or passwords.
